I cannot find an available massage time that works for my schedule. How can I get in for Massage?
- If you can not find a time that works for you in the schedule, please add yourself to the waitlist and select SMS (text message) to get notified if/when an availability should arise.
- To see last minute booking opportunities follow us on Facebook/ Instagram.
- Don’t forget to check the schedule every now and then as we will slowly release more availability throughout the year.
- If it is an emergency, please message us directly so that we can see if we can find space for you.
I feel a bit sick, should I stay home?
Yes, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to fill your cancellation. There will be no cancellation fee for illness. Stay home and take good care of yourself.
What’s your cancellation policy?
- Please give us as much notice as possible. The more the merrier. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less then 24 hours notice will be charged a $50.00 fee.
- Please note that we cannot Direct Bill for missed or cancelled appointments.
- Please understand that your Massage Therapist only gets paid for services rendered. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
